1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DW77 or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the DW77 platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using DW77 immediately. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. DW77 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without individual notification.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for a DW77 account, you must meet the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in or are a resident of the Philippines.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee of DW77 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had a DW77 account suspended or terminated for violating these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited. DW77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the registration process or at any time thereafter.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your DW77 username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

DW77 recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification on your account for an additional layer of protection. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the DW77 support team as soon as possible so that appropriate steps can be taken.

DW77 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on DW77 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports local payment channels including Philippine online banking, bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet, GCash, and Maya. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. DW77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account that does not match your registered DW77 account details may be reversed, and the associated funds held pending verification.

DW77 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Processing times vary depending on the payment channel used.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment account used for your deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in Philippine Peso (PHP). Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed identity verification in accordance with DW77's KYC requirements.

DW77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or evidence of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount per transaction as specified on the Withdrawal page.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to additional wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• DW77 reserves the right to limit withdrawal amounts per transaction or per day in accordance with platform risk management policies.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, DW77 offers bonuses, promotional credits, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of stated bonus-specific terms, the general conditions below apply:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts at DW77's discretion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and must meet any applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.

• Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including through multiple accounts or coordinated betting, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

7 Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on DW77 are final once confirmed. DW77 offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, fish shooting games, and other gaming categories. The rules governing individual game types and betting markets are available within the relevant section of the platform.

DW77 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was made possible due to a technical error or system malfunction.
• Odds or game results were clearly displayed incorrectly due to a data feed error.
• The bet was placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already determined.
• There is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to exploit the platform.

In cases where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. DW77 will not be liable for any indirect losses arising from a voided bet.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DW77 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Opening more than one account on the DW77 platform.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or other tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using DW77 for any form of money laundering or fraudulent financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under local law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your DW77 account.

11 Limitation of Liability

DW77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While every effort is made to ensure uptime and accuracy, DW77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. DW77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays that are beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DW77's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your DW77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after all standard verification checks have been completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unmet.

DW77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of serious breach, DW77 may forfeit any funds held in the account.

13 Changes to These Terms

DW77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of DW77 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be subject to the appropriate dispute resolution process as communicated by DW77 at the time.
